New Toro® Turf Groomer Designed For The Sand Pro® 3040/5040

BLOOMINGTON, Minn. (March 08, 2011) – Toro introduces the new Turf Groomer attachment for use on the Toro® Sand Pro® 3040/5040 to provide golf courses with a highly productive tool for brushing in topdressing on greens and tees.
"The Turf Groomer is designed with adjustable down pressure from the Sand Pro’s onboard hydraulics, to help move topdressing material on the playing surface" says Chris Hannan, marketing manager for Toro’s Commercial Business. "The quick-adjust pitch feature allows the operator to change the grooming aggressiveness, ensuring that material is evenly distributed across the playing surface."
The Turf Groomer features a unique brush design for more uniform distribution of the material. An integrated storage stand on the attachment enables operators to store the machine off the ground to prevent brush damage. Additionally, the 6-foot working width on the Turf Groomer provides Sand Pro operators maximum productivity and ideal maneuverability on natural playing surfaces.
The Turf Groomer connects to the Sand Pro’s Quick Attach System for fast and simple hook-up, enabling operators to change out attachments without any special tools. With more than 21 attachments available, the Sand Pro keeps courses in tournament condition every day.
