Toro adds new sibling to the Workman family

Toro introduced the newest member of the Workman family at the GIS in San Diego.

Called the GTX, the base model reminds one of the  MD series, or "baby" Workman. Has the plastic box in the back. That's where the similarity ends. The GTX has over 300 different configurations, including 2 & 4 seats, numerous flatbed options, as well as attachments to hold hose reels, rotary spreaders and garbage cans; keeping all that valuable space in the back box open for other things. It comes standard with hyd. brakes like the rest of the Workman family; and these are 4 wheel disk. Power comes from either a 14hp Kohler engine or 48 volt AC electric setup.

The frame itself is one piece; but the rear drive components are attached  by a gimbal joint to allow for smoother ride...for more info go to Toro's website in the near future.
