IGCEMA Joins 2011 Golf Industry Show

The International Golf Course Equipment Managers Association has signed on as a participating partner with the Golf Industry Show through 2014, beginning with the 2011 event, Feb. 9-10, in Orlando.
"IGCEMA is a great addition to the Golf Industry Show," said Rhett Evans, interim CEO of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA). "Golf course equipment managers are a valuable part of the team at each golf facility and contribute greatly to its success."
The Golf Industry Show is an innovative trade show designed for the owners/operators of golf facilities and the professional members of the golf course industry. The event combines education, networking and solutions for golf course superintendents, owners, operators, builders, architects, equipment managers and others.
"IGCEMA joining the Golf Industry Show is a great fit," said Mike Hughes, CEO of the National Golf Course Owners Association (NGCOA). "Exhibitors will appreciate having the equipment managers on the trade show floor because they are a great source of information and a conduit in the purchase decision, and I’m certain course owners and operators will welcome the participation of yet another member of their facility team."
The Golf Industry Show is presented by GCSAA and NGCOA, along with participating partners the Golf Course Builders Association of America (GCBAA), the American Society of Golf Course Architects (ASGCA), the National Golf Foundation (NGF), the United States Golf Association (USGA), and the International Golf Course Equipment Managers Association (IGCEMA).
